Jayla Kelis The FIRST Youngest Member Of Rocky Mount Area Chamber Of Commerce!

Rocky Mount Area Chamber of Commerce President David Farris is pictured with 9-year-old Jayla Kelis, a budding author, fashion designer and entrepreneur. Jayla recently became the youngest member in the chamber's 117-year history. The Nashville resident released her self-published Christian children’s book, “It’s Not Nice To Be a Bully,” last August and sells custom clothing and accessories on her website, JaylaKelis.com.
