Return Policy

Jayla Kelis LLC offer free return or exchanges within 30 days of when a customer receives their order. A product can be returned for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy

A item can only be exchange if it is defective or damaged.  If item need to be exchange for the same item, please send email at info@jaylakelis.com, and mail your item to the address below.

 

Please Note The Following Exceptions Of Return and Exchange Items:

- Return item must have no visible signs of wear or use

- Return item must have tags still on and be return in the original packaging

- Discounted item are final and can not be return or exchange
